Project Manager (3)

Requirements
-
Develop and apply highly complex engineering studies, plan specifications, calculations, evaluations, design documents and performance assessments as required.
-
Review and control the project site Manpower, Materials, Equipment and Suppliers documents and coordination with other departments.
-
Ensuring designs are consistent with project technical requirements, codes, standards and estimates.
-
Prepare daily, weekly and monthly activity and progress reports.
-
Must strongly possess analytical, technical and time management skills.
-
Prepares/updates project schedules; monitor critical area activities based on project schedules.
-
Always ensure and maintain the project Site Safety Regulations, documents and management.
-
Facilitate problem solving that may arise between subcontractors at each stage of the project.

Validate design issues related to construction, and/or suggest alternative solutions.

Conduct regular site inspection to ensure adherence to engineering standards and specifications.
-
Ready to do any additional tasks given or identified by your project superiors.

Coordinate properly with HRD / Head Office Departments, Consultants, subcontractors and other related personnel.

Coordination and administration of construction materials, systems and shop drawings, submittals and/or documents (e-file/hard copy).

Civil Engineers (3)

Requirements
-
Quality control of related activities at project site to ensure that specifications and quality control requirements are met.
-
Conduct review site test inspection to ensure materials adhere to the standards.
-
Average/basic knowledge and experience in detailed Cost Estimating, ability to breakdown construction operations into logical sequence of activities; ability to develop prices, manpower and materials schedule.
-
Average knowledge and experience in Project Management, budget preparation, project schedules and resources management.
-
Set work program and target milestones; prepare monthly report (gantt chart) that reflect work progress overview.
-
Basic to excellent experience in supervision and management of project workers and the utilization of heavy equipment.

Safety Engineer (3)
-
Requirements
-
Preferably with Construction management experience.
-
With corresponding Certified trainings on Construction Safety (BSOH/COSH).
-
Can conduct Safety Orientation on site.
-
Maintain and apply knowledge of current health and safety policies, regulations and processes.
-
Identify and correct potential hazards by inspecting facilities and safety equipment.

Electrical Engineer (3)
-
Requirements
-
Can do material estimates based on plans / shop drawings.
-
Design, develop and test electrical devices and equipment, including communication systems, power generators, Fire Alarm systems.
-
Can audit existing electrical plans and make recommendations as necessary.

MEPF Engineer (3)
-
Requirements
-
To ensure the highest quality of mechanical, electrical and plumbing works are in accordance with project specific cost and schedule requirements.
-
Assist with MEPF design and review of all capital project including HVAC design.
-
Assist and review with all capital projects regarding MEP permit process, including review and response to Government Agency comments.
-
Support/ Lead contractor and provide MEP engineering related review and coordination just to ensure that the quality expectation are properly met during construction.
-
Directly monito and control the activities of MEP subcontractors
-
Assist in the scope review, budgeting and justification of MEP change work order.
-
Log and post all MEP changes and as-built information on field drawings. Also assist in the receipt and review of MEP submittals/documents.
-
Ensure that MEP subcontractors adheres to Project Safety Regulations; also MEP subcontractors provide relevant Quality documentation/Records, shop drawings and systems.
-
Assist in testing and commissioning of MEP materials/equipment.

Company Driver (3)
-
Requirements
-
Holds a valid Professional Drivers? License with correct Restriction Code
-
Can drive small trucks.
-
Familiar with Metro Manila routes.

Basic Job Qualifications(Engineers)

Requirements
-
Candidates must possess a Bachelor?s/College Degree in Engineering (Civil, Electrical, Mechanical)
-
Preferably a licensed engineer, valid PRC license (not expired)
-
Required skills: computer literate; proficient in the use MS Office Applications (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, etc). Sufficient knowledge in the use of Autodesk Revit, AutoCad, STAAD, Sketch-Up software.
-
Can communicate well in both English and Filipino
-
Preferably with one (1) to four (4) years relevant working experience
-
must be physically and mentally fit to conduct field inspections which involves extensive walking and climbing ladders/scaffolding.
-
Experience in QA/QC, LEED and Cost Planning would be an advantage.
-
Must be willing to work long hours doing overtime work.
-
Must be a team player / fast learner, keen eye for details, and can accept constructive criticism
-
Willing to start ASAP.
